What does my child need to participate this year in band?
- 4th Grade - Standard of Excellence Book (if you rent from Music and Arts they will set you up with this, other students can purchase this at Greenlaws Music)
- 5th Grade - Ed Sueta Band Method
- Flutes - cleaning rod and cloth
- Clarinets/Saxophones: At least 2 reeds (strength #2), cork grease and cleaning swab
- Trumpets/Trombones: Valve/slide oil (oil weekly!)
- Percussion: Size 7A snare sticks, bell mallets (comes with percussion kit)
- Suggestion: Music stand - folding
